Refund policy

RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Please note we do not offer exchange or return for Change of Mind, or on Sale items.

Our photographs reproduce all colours as accurately as possible, however sometimes there may be slight variation to what you see on our web site. This can be due to photography lighting, computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings, and these variations will not be considered as a fault.

Damages must be reported to Studio Kate Pty Ltd trading as KATE NIXON (KATE NIXON) within 48 hours of receipt of the products with proof of purchase.

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Before sending any items contact hello@spln-wind.com to request an RMA number.

Approved requests will be issued an RMA number and instructions for returning goods.

KATE NIXON cannot receive or process a return without an RMA number.

Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return into our warehouse for it to be processed.

Processing returns will only commence once the returned goods have been received by KATE NIXON.

Returns must be sent via a traceable postage or courier service with a tracking number. KATE NIXON is not responsible for packages lost in transit if a tracking number is not provided for returns.

Should KATE NIXON offer a refund, this will be made to the original card used for making the purchase. Allow 14 days for the credit to be processed.

Please note that all return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, excluding shipping errors made by KATE NIXON or one of its shipping or courier partners.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Any manufacturer's warranty that applies to a product will be honoured should the product be faulty.
