INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Delivery charges for shipping services will be calculated at the Checkout.
For oversized items, you will be directed to Customer Service for a quote. Please contact hello@spln-wind.com should you require special services e.g. same day delivery within the Sydney metro area, M-F subject to availability.
The average times for standard delivery are:
5 – 7 Business days for Australian wide excluding some regional areas
7 – 10 Business days for most International deliveries
The average times for express delivery are:
2 – 3 Business days for Australian wide excluding some regional areas
Please note that orders may arrive in more than one shipment as they may be sourced from multiple locations.
Note we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delivery times during the Christmas and sale periods could be longer than our standard time frame. These timings are subject to change due to carrier and warehouse delays
